Nelwyn YeePresident, LPI Solutions
Nelwyn holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Business Administration, a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Secondary Education Teaching Certification from the University of Hawaii. She has also recieved training in measuring return on investment program from the Jack Phillip’s ROI institute. She is currently serving as the Board Advisor of the Hawaii Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development.

Nelwyn Yee has over 15 years of learning and development and instructional design experience. Prior to forming LPI Solutions, some of Nelwyn’s professional experiences include serving as a Training Manager for a hospitality organization, a Staff Development Manager for a healthcare organization, and a Senior Instructional Designer at a biotechnology company.
